Following is the Job Description :
Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by supporting the administrative functions of the HR department. The Human Resource manager will be called upon to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
Implement the HR Strategy in alignment with business direction
Promote an organization culture that supports the overall HR strategy and company values
Design talent management strategy and employee development programs (including leadership development programs, executive education drives etc.) to build employee capability as per business requirements and strategy
Lead performance management & rewards, learning & development, talent management and operations as per business requirements
o Institutionalize a performance culture by focusing on goal setting, KPIs, timely performance reviews and feedback
o Adhere to the Performance Management Cycle and timelines
Provide a fortnightly HR dashboard to the Management and HR Head that captures all key metrics and components that define the HR function
Support the implementation and execution of the HRMS
Continuously interact with employees and understand the pulse of the organization
Address employee grievances to enhance the motivational level of the employees and Ensure high engagement levels of the team
Support recruitment, head hunting and strategist recruitment plans.
o Design and implement an effective campus recruitment plan for undergrad and post grad
programs, both domestically and internationally.
o Identify and work with recruitment agencies basis their advantages and quotations; use sources like job portals and social media tools like LinkedIn; ensure manpower planning; adhere to timelines for successful closure.
Employee On boarding and Induction-Design new employee orientation program and conduct induction programs to educate employees about all departments, company processes, policies and procedures; responsible for pre and post joining formalities and new joiner experience management
Responsible for managing employment contracts, probation confirmations, transfers and promotions
Managing the employee benefits such as insurance, etc.
Plan and host employee-connect programs and fun events
Educate employees regarding the exit process; facilitate full and final settlements of employees; conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth exits and transition of employees
Ability to envision the big picture while simultaneously executing on the details
Problem solving capabilities
Comfort with HR software and ability to make improvements in automation
Ability to build relationships with a diverse set of individuals and organizations
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Delivering results under pressure
Excellent people management skills ability to influence without authority
